Marchese Ford offers a 401k savings program which is administered through the Principal Financial Group.  Full Time Employee's are eligible to enter the 401k plan after one year of service and being at least 18 years of age.

A retirement savings plan both helps to build savings for your future and can potentially reduce the amount of tax you pay today. This is because pre-tax contributions to a retirement plan are generally not subject to federal income tax until they are withdrawn.

You also defer taxation on any earnings from the pre-tax contributions held inside the plan until they are taken out. This can help retirement savings grow faster.

To view your account or make investment changes you need to create a log-in at www.principal.com.You may also contact Principal Group directly for assistance at 800-986-3343. 

Directions for creating a Username and Password:

1. Go to  the Principal Website at www.principal.com

2. Under Account Login ( upper right ), select Personal as the login type,and click GO

3. Click the new user register now link

4. Enter your Social Security Number and Account/Contract Number 459993

5. Verify your identity, create your username and password, enter your email address, and select and answer your online security questions
