Introduction
This dealership is committed to a safe and healthy work environment, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations to accomplish that goal.
ENYCAR,
of which we are a member, provides us with guidance and resources to achieve
the goal, but we are responsible for our own program and for compliance.
The program has been implemented and kept
up to date on site, and includes all personnel.
Training is used to raise employee
knowledge and awareness of hazards in the workplace, as well as addressing
correct measures to be taken.

In the event of an injury
from a chemical or a spill, we immediately obtain this information on the
product involved.
Our current fire extinguisher training policy is we:

conduct fire/evacuation drills at least annually, and all personnel
participate.
The proper use of Personal Protective Equipment, as
related to identified job hazards, is mandatory.

NY Hero Act - Airborne Infectious Disease Exposure Prevention Plan
The purpose of this plan
is to protect employees against exposure and disease during an airborne
infectious disease outbreak. This plan goes into effect when an airborne
infectious disease is designated by the New York State Commissioner of
Health as a highly contagious communicable disease that presents a serious
risk of harm to the public health. This plan is subject to any additional or
greater requirements arising from a declaration of a state of emergency due
to an airborne infectious disease, as well as any applicable federal
standards.
