CONFIDENTIALITY OF CUSTOMER MATTERS

Our professional ethics require that each employee maintain the highest degree of confidentiality when handling customer affairs.  Not to mention that this information is proprietary information of Marchese Ford.

In order to maintain this professional confidence, no employee shall disclose customer information to outsiders, including employees, customers or third parties and members of one's own family in any spoken, written or digital form. Those individuals disclosing such information may be prosecuted.

This policy is intended to alert employees to the need for discretion at all times and is not intended to inhibit normal business communications. If an employee has questions whether certain information is considered confidential, he/she should first check with his/her immediate supervisor.
