Group Life Insurance 

The company offers regular full-time employees who have been employed by Marchese Ford for 30 days an employer-paid basic group term life policy of $10,000.00 along with an accidental death and dismemberment policy. When an employee reaches 65 the original benefit is reduced to 65% and at 70 it is reduced to 50%.

This policy is portable and you can continue your coverage on your own if you do so within 60 days of your termination from Marchese Ford. Insurance is provided by Mutual of Omaha
