Marchese Ford Employee Handbook
Our company offers a pre-tax contribution option for employees. This
employee benefit is known as a Section 125 plan. The plan allows employees
to pay for coverage under eligible benefit plans sponsored by Marchese
Ford on a pre-tax basis. This means your qualified expenses are deducted
from your gross pay before income taxes and Social Security are calculated.
Enrollment is automatic. To opt out of the plan please sign and return the
opt-out declaration to the payroll office.
