Medical Insurance

Eligible employees may participate in our medical insurance plan.

Full-time employees may enroll in either a single, two person or a family contract after a 90 day waiting period. Information and enrollment forms are available in the Medical & Dental Plans section of the employee web site. Any further information may be obtained from the payroll supervisor.

Our company pays the first $420.00 of the cost of your medical insurance per month.

Marchese Ford pays the cost of the employees’ single dental insurance. Dependent coverage and upgrades are paid by the employee

Full time employees are also covered under a group life insurance policy paid for by the dealership

Upon termination, you may be entitled to continuation or conversion of the group medical insurance plan in accordance with the terms of the policy and/or applicable state law. You are responsible for payment of the entire premium after termination. For more information see the Cobra section
