BLOOD DONATION LEAVE

Employees who work an average of 20 hours or more each week are allowed 3 hours of leave in any 12 month period to donate blood off of the employer's premises. Three days of advance notice is needed for off-premises blood donation.

Leave for blood donation is unpaid.
